At Goodwill's Atwater Village store, donated clothing became both material and subject. Spencer Lewis made paintings and sculptures, while Darren “DRx” Romanelli worked with members of the American Sewing Guild's Los Angeles chapter on wearables. The project placed art among the everyday circulation of used things, with sales benefiting Goodwill's programs.
